We will repair any item purchased online through www.lanciani.com. Please email sales@lanciani.com provide your name, telephone, online invoice number and a brief description of the item that needs repair. We will respond with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
Purchased at a Lanciani Retails Store:
We will repair any item purchased at one of our retail stores. Please return the damaged item to one of our Flagship Stores.
